Seagrass Resort

I was browsing through facebook one day when a photo posted by my friend, Fely, caught my attention.  She and her friend were on a holiday at Seagrass Resort, Samal, Davao City and I was just green with envy at the inviting waters and perfect weather!

I jokingly told her to take me to that resort whenever I am in Davao.  Anyways, I was able to grab that photo she posted (with her permission of course!) and here it is!

Isn’t it beautiful?  Our family was planning on a beach holiday the last time we went home but somehow because of time (and budget) constraints, we were not able to.  Later this year, we will be going home again and this time, I would see to it that we would hit the beach.

I was curious about the rates so I tried to look for it online, and here’s what I found:

I was looking at the small kubo that costs only 750 Php per night.  That’s not really pricey, even if our family would opt for the medium kubo which is 1,000 Php per night considering that the resort has great amenities.  Camping out in those tents would be fun, too I believe– given that Davao is the safest city in the Philippines and we don’t have to fear spending the night out in the beach.  So yes!  It’s agreed then.  Seagrass  makes it to the top 5 destinations in our list when in the Philippines!
